Sr. IT System Operator
CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Required background:
• Minimum High school/ University Degree in Computer Science or similar would be an advantage;
• At least 2 years of experience in the field;
Required competences:
• Good knowledge of the following: AS400, MSSQL, IBM Websphere MQ, RPG/CL; MIDAS knowledge is an advantage;
• Strong knowledge about IT computers and network;
• Good collaboration skills, solution oriented, supportive attitude;
• Strong knowledge about the general IT service delivery best practices, standards and methodologies applied to the IT software applications area in financial industries;
• Strong knowledge about the general IT applications landscape in the banking environment;
• Excellent applied banking knowledge;
• Excellent presentation abilities both in Romanian and English;
• Strong personality, able to work under pressure;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Open minded and motivated person;
• Courses and certifications on the area of it service delivery, it operations and / or it system analysis would be an advantage;
• Capable to work in 3 shifts including night shift.
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Perform daily IT operations tasks, ensures user administration of the systems;
• Perform the end of day and ensure proper operation on banking systems;
• Parameterization and applications’ maintenance for the live, tests and development IT environments;
• Promoting of software developments into live environment;
• Profile management for banking applications & systems;
• Observe the event log of operated systems and correct minor malfunctions.
Project Manager
CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
• University Degree in Economics and Informatics Technologies knowledge(University Degree in Cybernetics or High School degree in programs development);
• Minimum 3 years Project Management experience or experience in Management Consulting ; knowledge of project management methodology;
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously; planning skills; strategic thinking;
• Ability to meet targets and deadlines;
• Ambitious and capable of working under pressure;
• Self managed and motivated; solution-oriented approach;
• Team spirit and negotiation skills;
• Knowledge of banking legislation;
• Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Project);
• Fluency in English language, both spoken and written
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
• Manage the bank projects according to the internal methodology;
• Prepare Projects Planning, establish the necessary deliverables and monitor operational cycle of the project using Ms Project
• Identify human resources needed in the project and assign individual responsibilities
• Motivate project team members to maximize their contribution to the project;
• Coordinate the analysis for the project documentation (Business Specifications Document, Cost and Benefit Analysis, Authorization Files, Procedural Framework, Testing Scenarios, IT solution).
• Assess project documentation and if case identify alternative solutions, estimate effort and costs;
• Ensure the implementation of the project together with the divisions/ departments of the bank based on the implementation plan;
• Perform effective project communication to business departments involved, including updates, presentations;
• Manage the creation and execution of test plans;
• Draw up together with the project team the User Guideline, other relevant materials for the project beneficiary, the training documentation
• Manage projects to successful implementation. Ensure effective implementation planning, hands over all the proper documentation (sign of the acceptance according to solution agreed, contracts);
